Consultation consists of coaching administrators and teachers through the process of creating effective, culturally relevant RTI models and social emotional learning (SEL) programs. We provide direct, 1-on-1 services, including services via conference calls, and online services; we also provide group consultation services. In addition, we create PowerPoint slides and professional development resources for administrators to train team members building wide; slides and handouts are pertinent to culturally relevant models, including culturally relevant interventions. We work from a train-the-trainer framework.
