In this video, Dwayne D. Williams explains that, when a kid can’t read, we teach him; when a kid can’t compute, we teach him; when a kid cant write grammatically correct sentences, we teach her. But when a kid doesn’t behave as he or she should . . . we discipline and suspend–we don’t teach.
